Blogging experience

Hi friends, today I’m going to talk about blogging experience. This whole experience of writing in blogs made a significant impact in the development of my writing skills, as you know, writing in English is very hard for people like me, because we don’t have an extremely good basis, so performing activities like this help us a lot by training our writing skills. I feel that I’ve improved a lot my writing techniques, which, as we know are one of the most important skills in English.

Now I feel confident in my writing, so I wouldn’t have any problems doing a research and present it in a paper, written completely by me. In the future I would love to keep improving my skills by writing this “simple” blogs because you never know when you’ll need to use them, so you need to constantly train yourself in this aspect. 

I would absolutely love writing how it was my time in the university, but that’s something I’m planning to do in the future, such as doing researches that would improve in some aspect the actual state of the local medicine. So, basically that’s it, the blog writing experience was very productive for me, I hope it was as productive for everyone who participated in it. Good bye. 

How green am I?

Hi, today’s topic is about environmental care! It’s an usually heard term these days, especially now with all the global warming problem, pollution in cities, etc. But, why are we where we are? I think it comes mostly from people, yeah; people who don’t take care about environment at all, because they haven’t learned friendly practices to look after the world. It’s true that now television and politicians have promoted recycling and taking care of our dump, but it’s not enough. We need to create more conscious about this, starting in home.

Personally I’ve been more careful lastly these years, because now that I’m 20 I can clearly see what triggers not to be responsible, I mean, always trying to recycle what I use in home, taking everything useless to thrash, and turning off lights when we are not using it. I also love riding my bike, y personally like it more than going to a place by car (but obviously just if is not too long). I’m not part of any organization related to environmental care, and I think I’m not going to join anyone, because I don’t find it necessary, at least for me. I believe just with our will we can change our way to a better and cleaner life.

So, summing up all this topic, our society needs a change on their mentality, especially in Santiago, where I believe it’s more polluted than any other city in Chile. Guys, keep your streets clean, don’t make loud noises, avoid driving when you can, and stop impairing the sky with gases! It's all what I'm asking. Have a nice weekend.

my favorite subject this semester

Hello my dear readers, today the topic I'm going to talk about its my favorite subject this semester.

 This semester in the university I have five subject, but my favorite subject is simulation, because for me is the most important and the that entertains me, besides in this subject they teach different odontologic procedures to us to be able to attend to our patient futures, that is to say this subject there relates directly to the daily work of a dentist, which is very good. 

This subject will be very important for the next university years, since it is the base of what is realized in clinic, therefore it is necessary to try to learn everything very well. This subject is very difficult, therefore it is necessary to exempt.

 This ah been quite friends, I hope that they have liked and we meet next week, bye.

1.- What do you think about compulsive spenders?

I think that be compulsive spender is too bad, because all their money is spent in only things without sense, also this money could have served for other things more important as a dental treatment or food for the children of this person. In the future this condition of this person will bring many problems increasingly difficult of solve as debt even foreclosures.

2.- What's the most common problem a Dentists
 face along their career?

The most problem common  that the dentist have along his career, is the constant renovation of information that is obtained by means of the different investigations that are realized in the whole world, therefore the dentist should be in constant stady for can attend with the better methods to their patients and so get better results

Plans for the summer

Hello dear readers today I'm going to talk about something I'm pleased to let you know about, my plans for the summer. Before starting to even think about something I have to pass all my courses because if I don't I wouldn't have permission to do anything. This summer I pretend to go out with my family and my friends.

 My family is from Iquique so we pretend to spend some time there  later go to Arica or Antofagasta, my dad loves the north. After that, when I get to Santiago again I would like o go out with my girlfriend to talca, she has a country house there so it's very nice and romantic. 

After that, I have plans to go with my friends to the beach, we still don't know exactly where, but reñaca or algarrobo are nice options. We need to rent a beach house so we can party without anyone bothering us. When we are together we always make a lot of noise and we don't want any problems with neighbors so renting an apartment is not an option. 

Finally when I finally return to Santiago I would like to have a very big birthday party, I think it would be in my house, but we can o to any club with my friends of that is not an option and have a very good time. It's my 21st birthday so I want to get real crazy. Well that's all my plans, hopefully they all come true and make this summer a memorable one. Thanks for reading, regards

English Test

1.- For me, the activity was a more challenge was the Reading, because despite being very short texts containing words that I still do not know , therefore I it very difficult to solve

2.- The activity was more difficult for me , was listening , because it is my greatest weakness , because is very difficult a lot to understand the words people say , therefore, I can not understand the sentences

3.- The activity that was easier for me , was the vocabulary , because  is greatly facilitated me to answer sentences which only have to answer with one missing word, because I can deduce the missing word

My friends

This time i'm going to talk about my friends, When i was a little kid i always had a lot friends, because i was always playing outside in my neighborhood. 

In my school time i didn't make a lot of friends, but the ones i made were awesome, they always supported me when i wasn't doing good in the academic area, or when i was having trouble with my girlfriend.

Now that I'm in the university, the first year was awesome, I made a lot of friends, the environment is so good, because everyone here is pretty much like me, we are people who likes to study hard for every test, but also likes to have fun when it's ´possible.

Now, the group of people that i most enjoy being with are the first guys i met here, since then we became very close and now in our group we are like best friends, we're always for each other in good times, but also in hard times. I hope that we have the possibility to be together  rest of the years we have remaining at the . 

In addition, it is very important to mention that my friends are quite for my, since I tell them my things, they help me to overcome different tests that me the life puts, giving spirit as simultaneously advising, it is for this that I love my friends !! 

Platform

1.- After completing all the activities, I realized that it's very Hard for me to understand the meaning of some typical English expressions. Also when I read, I find words that I don't understand, so it's very difficult to get the right idea of what the text is trying to tell me.

 2.-I would like to go to the Galapagos island, because I'm an animal lover, being around them is one of the things I most enjoy, and in this place the amount on different species makes it a very attractive location for me to go, also the landscape must be really beautiful.

3.- I think that learning how to speak, read and write English in a correct way is a very favorable thing, because the majority of the new investigations, papers or studies are written and published in this language. So, in order to bring a better attention to my patients I need to be able to find new information about all the most recent treatments and options I can bring them, because of that I would appreciate that this course had a more specific and dentistry related emphasis.

My future job ..

 Hello my dear readers, today the topic I'm going to talk about its my future job !! . Despite it’s pretty obvious that I’m going to work onto something related with dentistry, if I could get another job in wich I’d be pleased, I would take it immediately, like something  related with animals and somewhere else far away from Chile.

But then again, dentistry: I really like this career, therefore, also be a dentist. Just the idea of talking with my patients, getting them a query and seeing how I help their lives makes me pretty glad. I’d like to work first in a public Health center so I could know how is it to work at public service. Then I would like to have my own query, because I think it’s more orderly and organized. I would like to travel to a lot of Dentistry-related seminaries, so I could still be learning more and more about the job I’ll be doing for an almost entire life. I don’t see me working on an office because I find it pretty boring; I’d like to be running from here to there doing different queries and surgeries.

 I still don’t know what Major I’m going to take but I still have a lot of time to decide, as university goes on. I think that’s all, have a good weekend!
